When you register and create a workspace, Vastac stores your account email and the public YouTube channels you choose for your primary channel and competitor comparison.
This information is used to provide and secure your customer workspace.
Vastac analyzes supported public YouTube data from selected channels, videos, public comments, captured live chat, and available video context. Private workspace data is not published.
Public topic reports contain curated aggregate findings. Raw audience messages and usernames are not displayed on public topic pages.
Submitted request information is not sold to advertisers. It is used to understand the request, respond to the person who submitted it, and evaluate whether Vastac is relevant for the requested YouTube channel, organization, or plan.
With your consent, Vastac uses Google Analytics on public pages and the sign-in page to understand general website use. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent, advertising consent remains denied, and URL query strings are excluded from the page location sent to Analytics.
