This notice explains how Vastac handles the public website, customer workspaces, and supported public YouTube audience reports.

Customer accounts and channel onboarding

When you sign in with Google and create a workspace, Vastac stores your Google account email and the public YouTube channels you choose for your primary channel and competitor comparison.

This information is used to provide and secure your customer workspace.

YouTube audience analysis

Vastac analyzes supported public YouTube data from selected channels, videos, public comments, captured live chat, and available video context. Private workspace data is not published.

Public category reports contain curated aggregate findings. Raw audience messages and usernames are not displayed on public category pages.

Use of submitted information

Submitted request information is not sold to advertisers. It is used to understand the request, respond to the person who submitted it, and evaluate whether Vastac is relevant for the requested YouTube channel, organization, or plan.

Optional website analytics

With your consent, Vastac uses Google Analytics on public pages and the sign-in page to understand general website use. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent, advertising consent remains denied, and URL query strings are excluded from the page location sent to Analytics.

The main analytics cookies are _ga, cookies beginning with _ga_, and _gid. You can withdraw consent at any time through ; analytics collection is disabled and those cookies are removed.

Private trial and report pages

The private Trial/report workflow is not measured by Google Analytics. Its report content and private continuation values are not sent as analytics event parameters or exposed through public metadata.
