This notice explains how the current early-stage Vastac website handles demo requests and public YouTube audience reports.
When you submit a demo or access request, Vastac collects your name, email address, selected plan, and any organization or YouTube channel URL you choose to provide. The form also records limited technical anti-abuse information needed to protect the request process.
This information is used to review and respond to demo or access requests. Submitting the form does not create an account.
Vastac analyzes supported public YouTube data from selected channels, videos, public comments, captured live chat, and available video context. Private workspace data is not published.
Public topic reports contain curated aggregate findings. Raw audience messages and usernames are not displayed on public topic pages.
Submitted request information is not sold to advertisers. It is used to understand the request, respond to the person who submitted it, and evaluate whether Vastac is relevant for the requested YouTube channel, organization, or plan.
